this piece represents how i feel... im at the point where i willingly admit that i have no idea what i want out of life. i am also trying desperately to try out new things, grow to a healthy maturity, live life responsibly, yet to the fullest, make up for and learn from my past mistakes, learn all i can about everything...
childish mistakes are for learning! they teach you what you want out of life by showing you what you don't want.
this piece is gorgeous! the turn of the figure is very nice. it is easy to see why you like the beige texture so much, it really makes this beautiful. you've gotten an aged feel to the work. the hair is so detailed as is the face and the hands. the hands are so nicely handled, i thoroughly enjoy that they are partially hidden. the expression in her face is so sad, yet she is looking out as though she knows there is more.
the hair really catches my attention! You're really getting good at swirls girl! You know how much I them ^^ And, you're including more backgrounds in your works-something I neglect to do a little to often. This piece has a nice color to it-and the fingers always add a nice touch!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
